Class Registration Process: Please note - There are no refunds or credits after class begins. For this reason, we encourage you to observe one of our classes so that you can be certain that My Dog's Place is right for you and your dog.
- Advance registration is required because many classes fill
before the start date, we will do our best to get you into your
desired class. To check on availability, please

Remember attendance to the first week of our Puppy
Kindergarten and Basic Manners classes is Mandatory.

If you are new to My Dog's Place please download a class application - click here for the- PDF format , if you are unable to get the pdf format give us a call, we will be happy to send one out by regular mail.

Then simply complete the class application, send it in with your payment and a copy of your dogs current Rabies vaccination certificate to us at My Dogs Place, 2 Avery Street, Mystic CT 06355 or My Dogs Place, 81 Pennsylvania Ave .,Niantic CT 06357. Payment must be submitted with the application to hold your spot in class, either mail a check, or to pay by credit card or cash stop into either one of our locations (we can not take credit card payments over the phone). All class prices plus 6.35% sales tax - effective July 1, 2011
- If you have you attended class with MDP within the last year, we do not need a new application. Simply call, email or send us written notice to sign up for your desired class. Payment is due prior to class start date and please submit a current copy of your dogs Rabies certificate if you have not done so within the last year.
